DescriptionW Florence is looking for a motivated and guest-focused Bell Attendant to join our Welcome Team.
Located in the heart of Florence W Florence blends contemporary design vibrant energy and luxury comfort to create a unique experience for our guests. Our Welcome Team is the first point of contact for guests ensuring every arrival and departure is smooth stylish and memorable.
As a Bell Attendant you will play a key role in creating an outstanding first impression providing attentive service and assisting guests throughout their stay while embodying the dynamic spirit of W Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling and storage;
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide basic information about the hotel facilities and services;
- Assist guests during departures ensuring efficient luggage handling and transportation arrangements;
- Support the Front Office and Concierge teams in delivering seamless guest experiences;
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude while interacting with guests at all times;
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas remain organized and welcoming.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong guest-service mindset and attention to detail;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team;
- Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English; additional languages are a plus;
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
