Job Title:Business Analysist Salesforce Analytics
Location:Phoenix AZ (Hybrid 3 days in office per week)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvySalesforce Analytics Specialistto join our team. This role bridges the gap between data and decision-making leveraging Salesforce data to drive strategic insights and operational improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Build: Develop and maintain datasets lenses dashboards and recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales Marketing Finance Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.
- Analyze trends identify opportunities and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Support ad hoc reporting and data requests from stakeholders.
- Automation & Efficiency: Implement best practices for data refresh schedules security predicates and recipe optimizations.
- Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to optimize data architecture and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce CRM analytics (Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures objects and relationships.
- Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics Tableau and other BI platforms with experience in SAQL SQL.
- Experience in creating and optimizing dataflows/recipes.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to interpret data in a strategic context.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex business processes.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Analytics Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator CRM Analytics & Einstein Discovery Consultant).
- Background in business systems analysis or consulting.
