Job Summary

Role Summary

We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our Cloud Consulting team.

We welcome technically skilled professionals currently working on the customer side who are looking to develop their careers within a consulting this role you will support multinational customers by maintenance and customization of the SuccessFactors Employee Central module helping clients optimize and streamline their HR processes.

You will work closely with Zalaris clients to analyze HR requirements and provide expert technical guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle.A strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities combined with solid HR best practices will be essential to deliver successful projects and drive meaningful HR you are already working as a consultant within a consulting firm we are equally happy to receive your application and discuss your expectations and requirements with look forward to welcome you to our team in Poland where you will contribute to exciting projects that truly make a difference.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective direct collaboration with multinational clients to understand their needs and provide accurate and timely support.
  • Identify root causes of reported issues and defects to ensure highquality resolutions.
  • Maintain and configure of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
  • Develop and executing end-user training and create documentation.
  • Cooperate closely with other SuccessFactors consultants.
  • Communicate with various functional teams throughout the organization.

Experience and education

  • Minimum 2-3 years working as a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central key ADMIN or HRIS on customer side.
  • If an applicant has more advanced qualifications gained within a consulting company we are open to reviewing their application through a separate process.
  • Full professional proficiency in English both written and spoken.
  • This position requires residency in Poland and a valid work permit.
  • Knowledge in the additional SF modules and integration is an advantage.
  • Certification of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central will be considered as an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills which enable to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical parties.
  • Accountability for actions particularly in times of stress.
  • Commitment and determination in solving problems.

  • Salary tailored to experience from 9000 PLN to 12000 PLN gross
