As a Concierge you will be much more than just a point of reference: you will be the face of Florentine hospitality using professionalism creativity and passion to transform every request into a unique and memorable experience helping guests discover the very best of Florence and of W Florence.

• Welcome guests with professionalism building a relationship of trust from the very first contact;
• Provide detailed and up-to-date information about Florence including cultural and artistic attractions the best restaurants exclusive events and boutiques;
• Handle personalized requests from restaurant reservations and private tours to organizing transfers and special services anticipating guests needs;
• Collaborate with different hotel departments and external partners to ensure complete guest satisfaction;
• Recommend authentic and unique experiences aligned with the innovative lifestyle of W Florence;
• Support guests throughout their stay promptly resolving any issues with courtesy and professionalism always ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.

• Previous experience as a Concierge or within the hospitality industry;
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team;
• Languages: fluent Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
• Passion for customer service and strong attention to detail.
