Overview
Enterprise Mobilitys Global Headquarters is seeking a driven and passionate intern to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program.Youllworkin our Marketing Department where you will learn about how the Creative Teamsupports marketing initiatives across multiple channels for both B2B and B2C lines of business. As part of the Creative Teamyoullgain hands-on experience developing and executing creative assets collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing to campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
This 12-week internship will begin on May 182026and will conclude on August 7 2026. The internship program is located on-site at our Global Headquarters at 500 Corporate Park Drive Clayton MO. You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire12 weeks working in the office Monday through Friday. This role pays $20/hour.
Program Highlights:
- Comprehensive Training:Interns will begin with anonboarding experience that introduces them to our creativeways of working including our digital asset management (DAM) platform project management tools and department workflows. This training providesa strong foundationto help interns feel confident supported and set up for success throughout the summer.
- RealExperience:Interns will collaborate with members of the Creative team as well ascross-functional partners.Through hands-on exposure to real projects and team meetingstheyllgain a clear understanding of how creative supportsEnterprise Mobilitys broader marketing initiatives.
- Mentorship & Feedback:Each internreceivesguidance support and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program.
- Professional Development:Interns are expected todemonstrateprofessionalism in all interactions andmaintaina high levelof attention to detail and confidentiality. Time management skills are essential as interns willbe responsible formeeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments.

Our InHouse Creative Internship is a hands-on immersive program designed to help you grow as a creative production graphic designer.Youllwork on real projects build new skills and collaborate with a team committed to producing high-quality creative work. Throughout the internshipyoullreceive coaching mentorship and opportunities to expand your professional network.
As part of the in-house creative teamyoullsee how we support internal partners and customers who rely on our creative solutions.Youllcontribute to daily production tasks and special initiatives share ideas and gain valuable insight into how creative strategies and visual concepts are developed refined and executed to support key business goals.

Over the course of the 12-week internship experience you will have the opportunity to:
- Enhance your production design skills
Develop handson experience in layout versioning templating and preparing files for print and digital channels while learning best practices in brand consistency and creative production workflows.
- Support impactful internal and external meetings
Create polished visual materialsincluding presentation decks printready assets and digital collateralthat help teams clearly communicate ideas highlight business value and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Build and share meaningful creative reports
Assist in organizing and formatting creative performance summaries project recaps and production schedules that help leadership and project owners understand timelines workloads and creative outcomes.
- Craft professional communications
Support the creation of clear visually consistent communications such as email templates project briefs agendas and recap documents that help streamline collaboration across departments.
- Contribute to highvisibility creative initiatives
Take ownership of small to mediumscale design projectsfrom concept refinement to production deliverythat support business priorities strengthen brand experiences and improve the effectiveness of internal communications.
- Gain exposure to senior leaders
Present project contributions design rationale and creative recommendations to leadership giving you valuable experience in articulating design decisions and collaborating with decisionmakers.

Required:
- Must be a rising college senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an applicable Bachelors degree program set to graduate between December 2026 June 2027
- Must be pursuing a degree inGraphic DesignVisual CommunicationFine Arts in Graphic DesignArt Design or a related field
- Must be a resident of greater St. Louis Missouri or be attending a St. Louis based university
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday40 hoursper week from May 18th- August 7th2026
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Mustbe authorized towork in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
