Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive transition plans including project schedules and resource allocation plans.
Manage IT and Business process related transitions for the entity
Coordinate with different teams and departments to ensure the successful execution of transition plans.
Ensure products and services are delivered within the Transition and Transformation within schedule scope and budget and meet the required level of quality
Identifypotential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to the transition plan as needed.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the progress of transitions.
Manage governance models for the transition- weeklymonthlyand quarterly governance meetings
Provide regular reports to management on the status of transitions.
Provide post-transition support and address any issues that arise- including transition handover to operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Transition Manager or similar role in project management.
Experience with transition management software and project management tools- MS project/ Jiraetc..
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge in Business process and IT transitions
Experience in managing transitionprogrammes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Understand and assess scope criticalpathsand dependencies for delivering and shipping digital products andfacilitatediscussions across all functions & stakeholders
Anticipate bottlenecksidentify assesstrackand mitigate issues risks and work with team members and management to mitigate and escalate asdeemedsuitable
Support project estimation process with key contributors to help define scope and prepare statements of work including tasks deliverables milestones resources and estimated costs
Manage all day-to-day administrative activities of a given project frominceptionto closure such as reviewing timesheets analyze plan versus actual figures managing monthly/quarterly financial closing and invoicing

Education Qualification
Strong communicationand negotiation skills.
Bcom BSc/BA in business administration projectmanagementor relevant field. Certification in Project Management (e.g. PMP) is a plus
