Infosys is seeking an Oracle CX (Fusion Service Cloud) Principal Consultant with experience in implementation of Oracle Fusion Service Cloud Service Logistics and related modules and ideal candidate willpossessin-depthexpertisein Oracle Fusion Service and Oracle Service Logistics Cloud complemented by a broad understanding of Oracle Order Management Cloud Oracle Inventory Cloud and Oracle Maintenance Cloud. This rolewill require leading implementationsandcontributing to different phases of project lifecycle including leadingrequirementsgathering solutiondesign. The role will playan important rolein the configuration developmentand deployment of theOracle role will requirecollaborationwith cross-functional teams including developers analysts and project managers to deliver high-quality personwill also guide teams on project processesanddeliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Location for this position isRaleigh NC Indianapolis IN Phoenix AZ Richardson TX or Hartford CT. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least11 years of Information Technology experience

• Minimum8years of experience inOracleCX Cloud including Fusion Service Cloud Digital Customer ServiceService Logistics Cloud and related technologies
• Experience in Architecture/Design /Detailing of ProcessesandProblem Definition.
• Knowledgeand experience implementing Service Request Management RMA / Depot Repair Knowledge Management Digital Customer Service Omnichannel features with Fusion Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to Customer Service Service Entitlements/Coverages Depot Repair
• Skilled with Application and Page Composer Groovy Scripting Redwood UX and Visual BuilderData Migration Reporting and Analytics.
• Knowledge of Webservices based integration
• Proven experience in PoC ideation creation and presenting demonstrations to clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Performroleof aPrincipalConsultant atonsite/ offshoreand work withoffshoreteam on deliverables.
• Experience with OracleSubscription ManagementCloudis a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle Order Management Cloud Oracle Inventory CloudOracle Maintenance Cloud is desirable
• Should have done at least 2 green field implementations and have experience in workinginprojects with Agilemethodology.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Should be able to build strong business partner interactions with client stakeholders.
• Experience anddesireto work in a Global delivery environment
