Job Summary
Vanguard Auto Group is searching for 1 energetic and self-motivated individual to lead our sales team in a BDC capacity. Internet BDCexperience is required. Your role will be important in allowing an exciting and enjoyable experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
- Maintain daily weekly and monthly sales and service forecasts
- Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
- Manage day-to-day activities of the BDC Sales & Service
- Collect and analyze lead metrics
- Work closely with department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
- Answer customer inquiries and calls
Qualifications
- Strong communication organization time management computer and basic math skills
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Previous Internetexperience
- Previous management experience
- Automotive industry experience
