About the role:

You will run a varied common law practice with end-to-end carriage including:

Managing a caseload across common law/personal injury matters.
Work on work injury damage motor vehicle accident medical negligence and public liability claims.
Drafting and settling pleadings evidence advice and other correspondence.
Briefing counsel and liaising with medical and other experts.

The ideal candidate:

3 years PQE in common law/personal injury (plaintiff experience preferred).
Confident file management skills and strong technical fundamentals.
Solid drafting and negotiation capability.
A practical client-first approach and good commercial judgment.
Able to work in a busy practice.
