You will respond to calls for service document observations and communicate clearly with staff and visitors while delivering strong customer service. This is a driving post requiring a valid drivers license that meets Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to riders visitors and staff by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of platforms transit areas parking lots and perimeter to help to deter loitering trespassing and other unauthorized activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including assisting with access control crowd direction and coordination with site personnel and/or public responders as directed.
• Monitor and report suspicious activity hazards and policy violations; document observations and actions in daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Support security-related operations by checking doors gates and restricted areas; escorting authorized personnel when requested; and answering general questions while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
