Overview
The Field Service Engineer installs maintains and repairs complex equipment at customer sites across the United States. This role ensures systems operate at peak performance while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Install and commission systems at customer locations
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and software issues
Provide on-site customer training and technical support
Document service activities and system performance
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issues
Travel
6080% domestic travel required
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred
3 years of field service technical support or equipment maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical electrical and software systems
Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments
Preferred Experience
Analytical instruments laboratory equipment medical devices or industrial systems
Experience in regulated or highly technical environments
