Harrison Meadows Country Club is seeking a full time Grill Line Cook.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute all grilled menu items including proteins sandwiches and accompaniments according to recipes and plating standards.
Maintain proper cooking temperatures portion control and food presentation at all times.
Set up and break down the grill station before and after service.
Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service standards and ticket times.
Follow proper food handling sanitation and safety procedures in compliance with local health regulations.
Maintain a clean organized and stocked grill station throughout service.
Communicate effectively with chefs expeditors and fellow line cooks during service.
Assist with prep work inventory rotation and labeling as needed.
Properly store food items following FIFO standards.
Support other kitchen stations as business levels require.
