About the Role

As a Contract Litigation Attorney you will manage real estate and housing-related civil litigation from inception through resolution. The role provides immediate responsibility diverse case exposure and the potential to transition into a full-time or temp-to-perm position.

Key Responsibilities

Handle real estate construction and housing litigation matters
Draft pleadings discovery and motions for state and federal courts
Conduct and defend depositions
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
Communicate directly with clients and maintain accurate reporting

Ideal Candidate

Licensed California attorney in good standing
25 years of civil litigation experience
Strong writing research and oral advocacy skills
Background in real estate construction or housing law preferred
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability

Compensation & Structure
