Job descriptionAssistant Maintenance TechThe candidate we hire will need to efficiently perform work as assigned by your supervisor in the areas of troubleshooting repairing modifying & maintaining all Plant equipment machinery & Duties: Follow maintenance schedule Grease/oil machines change filters Check condition of machinery Service Lift trucks Building maintenance - change lights repair doors Preferred: 1-3 years Machine / Maintenance repair experience (Lift truck Skid Steer Loader repair hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge). 1-3 years Electrical experience (read electrical prints general building electrical knowledge). Welding experience Foundry equipment knowledge (sand machine shake-out furnaces sand transport system). Ability to work in a fast paced physical Type: Full-timeSchedule: 8 to 10 hour Shifts depending on available work. 6:00am 4:30pm (currently)Education: High school or equivalent (Required)Experience: Mechanical knowledge: 2 years (Required) Electrical wiring: 1 year (Preferred) Hydraulics: 1 year (Preferred)
