The Energy Services Technician I/Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing energy efficiency measures on eligible dwelling units. The role requires the use of hand tools carpentry skills and diagnostic equipment to complete installation repair and maintenance tasks while complying with all health and safety regulations.

Hourly Rate of Pay: $23.06

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.- Performs energy services measures on eligible dwelling units.
- Assists in the use of the blower door to ensure the success of infiltration measures.
- Uses hand tools and carpentry skills to complete a variety of installation and repair tasks.
- Maintains proper accounting of all assigned materials tools and equipment.
- Complies with all health and safety regulations including Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) requirements.
- Travel required within service areas.
- Performs assigned building and ground maintenance and custodial jobs. These jobs may include: painting lawn mowing trimming removing weeds raking wiring framework trim trash removal food pickups snow removal salting walkways restocking dusting mopping vacuuming window cleaning general cleaning and any other related building and ground maintenance duties.
- Attends all required trainings and meetings.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and six months related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATES LICENSES REGISTRATIONSMust possess a valid Drivers License.
