Job Summary
Dates of Program: July 6 2026 - July 30 2026
Days of Program: Mondays Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Locations: To Be Determined
Staff Needed: 90 General Education
30 Bilingual
5 Physical Education
5 Music
5 Arts
5 Technology
Qualifications:
- Must be a current employee at Paterson Public Schools
- Individuals employed as Susbstitutes need not apply.
- Must be working within the appropriate New Jersey Content Area
- New Jersey Teaching Certification in K-8 Language Arts Science Mathematics or HQT TOSD TOH ESL Bilingual Endorsement Physical Education Music and Art Certification.
- Experience with Infinite Campus System for attendance reporting
- Experience with Google Classroom
- Model a growth mindset about new teaching and learning techniques
- Experience working with K-5 students
- Must complete all tasks assigned in a timely manner to run a successful program
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with students staff parents administrators and community
- Excellent interpersonal skills integrity and good moral character
- Must be a critical thinker problem solver and respect others.
