The Role:

We have an opportunity at our Narangba site for an Apprentice Auto Electrician to join our Specialised Vehicles Division. This is a unique opportunity to work on industry leading projects in which you will:

Follow manufacturing drawings to complete electrical fit-outs

Assist in a team to test and verify all electrical operations of vehicles

Assist in implementing and verifying appropriate improvements to electrical systems

Fault find electrical problems on vehicles with and without electrical diagrams

Fit electrical components to vehicles

To be considered for this role you will:

Be at least 16 years old

Committed to completing a 4-year apprenticeship

Able to travel regularly to TAFE

Current Drivers Licence or reliable means of transport

Have a mechanical aptitude

Be self-motivated to successfully complete both work and study commitments

Demonstrate a high quality of work and attention to detail

Be physically capable of performing repetitive tasks lifting bending twisting

Successfully complete a pre-placement medical including D&A testing
