Project/Program:

TABS Modernization - GUI Enhancement (DMND0004080) part of the OPWDD Modernization and Remediation Program (PRJ0251326) Projects: DMND- OPWDDs Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Impacts (SOGI) and PRJ- Middle Eastern and North African (MENA) Legislative Compliance Updates for OPWDD Applications

Agency is seeking one (1) Expert level Project Manager for assignment to technology projects. They will manage multiple projects and/or multi-year projects utilizing Project Management Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies that result in the successful implementation of complex information technology solutions.

Day-to-Day:

Project managers will perform a full range of project management tasks including:

1. Allocation estimation and reporting of project resources;
2. Identification and maintenance of critical path and contingencies;
3. Utilization of formal project change control process;
4. Identification monitoring control and mitigation planning of project risks;
5. Creation and management of project documentation including but not limited to scope statement schedule budget risks issues and communication plan;
6. Establishment of project team roles and responsibilities;
7. Facilitation of regular status meetings with project team to monitor project health and progress;
8. Creation of weekly and monthly status reports to communicate project status to all levels of stakeholders including executives sponsors and management;
9. Facilitation of sponsor and executive level meetings.

Mandatory Requirements:

Project Manager - Plans organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.

Expert - 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Requested Requirements:
-84 months experience following an industry accepted Project Management methodologies such as Agile Waterfall Scrum etc. List the methods used
-84 months experience in project communication including leading regularly scheduled project team meetings preparing meeting minutes facilitating meetings to resolve project issues preparing status reports presenting project status briefings to leadership and presenting project status briefings to project steering committees.
-84 months experience managing technology projects developing project scope goals deliverables budget and schedule.
- 84 months experience in project management maintaining and managing project schedules including milestones and resources. Describe the deliverables of those projects.
- 84 months experience as Project Manager in a federal/state or public facing application project implementation.
- 60 months experience as a Project Manager for a business process reengineering project.
- 60 months experience with managing projects using MS Project.
