As a Security Officer - Full-Time Patrol Weekdaysin Saint Louis MO you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location you will monitor and patrol key areas complete routine rounds and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming environment through clear communication detailed reporting and customer-focused service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and policies within a logistics and distribution location and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner coordinating with site contacts and public emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas loading docks trailer yards and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points verify identification and/or credentials manage visitor and contractor check-in and document inbound and outbound traffic in accordance with post orders.
• Complete security-related reports shift logs and incident documentation and communicate pertinent information to supervisors and oncoming personnel using approved communication methods.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
