Lingfield Park Resort is one of the UKs leading sporting and leisure venues combining year-round horse racing an 18-hole championship golf course a luxury hotel and spa and extensive event facilities all set within a stunning Surrey location.

We are currently seeking a Casual Greenkeeper to support our Greenkeeping team in maintaining the exceptional standards of our golf course and surrounding grounds.

As a Casual Greenkeeper you will assist with the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of the golf course and wider resort grounds. This role offers flexible hours based on operational needs and is ideal for someone with previous turf or grounds experience looking for casual or seasonal work.

• Maintain all areas of the golf course and surrounding grounds in line with best practice and company standards.
• Manage and present fine turf areas including greens tees and approaches to an exceptional standard.
• Operate ride-on mowers and other turfcare machinery safely and efficiently.
• Assist in planning and delivering daily weekly and seasonal maintenance programmes.
• Support construction and renovation projects on course features such as bunkers tees and greens.
• Ensure clubhouse surroundings car parks lawns and public areas are clean tidy and well presented.
• Maintain flower beds planters and hanging baskets as required.
• Safely operate maintain and care for all turfcare machinery and equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Keep pathways roadways and communal areas clean and free from debris.

• Previous experience in a golf course or sports turf environment.
• Experience operating ride-on mowers.
• Spraying qualifications (PA1 PA2A & PA6) desirable.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Reliable proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
