Vice President IT, Infrastructure & Process Excellence (mfd)

• Operational Excellence Drive process efficiency automation Quality Management (ISO9001) and AI enablement.
• Internal IT & Infrastructure Ensure global IT operations run flawlessly from hardware and networking to corporate IT systems and service management.
• Business Support Systems Oversee CRM (Dynamics365) ERP Data Engineering and Master Data Management to enable datadriven decisionmaking.

• Lead and evolve DocuWares Operational Excellence strategy across all departments.
• Oversee corporate IT operations and infrastructure to ensure stability security and growth readiness.
• Optimize internal business applications landscape and drive system automation and cost efficiencies.
• Govern CRM/ERP and data management roadmaps ensuring business alignment and data quality.
• Champion Eat Your Own Dogfood by driving internal adoption of DocuWares own products and AI tools.
• Establish IT and process KPIs and OKRs aligned with company goals.
• Act as executive sponsor for technology modernization Continuous Improvement and crossfunctional efficiency programs.
• Mentor and develop senior directors and managers across the infrastructure and process domains.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field; Masters preferred.
• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure business systems and operational excellence leadership.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams in SaaS or technologydriven environments.
• Strong experience with CRM/ERP systems (MicrosoftDynamics365 preferred) data governance and process optimization.
• Solid understanding of ITSM and ISO9001 quality frameworks.
• Expertise in driving process automation and AIbased efficiency programs.
• Strategic thinker with handson execution credibility.
• Exceptional communicator and collaborator who inspires trust and alignment.
• Analytical datadriven decision maker with a continuous improvement mindset.
