Key Responsibilities
Respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries related to policies proceduresprocessesand system navigationin line with SLAs and quality expectations.
Strive for swift and effective resolution of inquiries ensuring that most requests are addressed promptly at first touch byleveragingreadily accessible information and guidelines.
Guide employees and managers toappropriate self-servicetools and resources.
Maintain customer contact until request is resolved
Escalate complex or unresolved inquiries torelevantnext level supportas needed.
Maintainaccuratecase documentation and follow standard operating procedures.
Collaborate withGlobal People Services PeopleServicesteam membersto ensure alignment and consistency.
Support knowledge base updates byidentifyinggaps or outdated content.
Participate in team meetings training and process improvement initiatives.
Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
1-3years of experience in HR support or customer servicepreferred.
Familiarity withHR technology(i.e.Workdaycase managementtools)is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Englishlanguageis.
