Job Role
The roles will be involved in providing objective advice expertise guidance and specialist skills with the aim of exceeding the engagement expectations. The Manager will mainly work with the client & EY team to:
- Lead Global Capability Centers/Global Business Services engagements covering Sourcing Strategy Outsourcing Advisory Location Advisory GBS Operating Model Design GBS Implementation CoE setups Program Management and GBS transformation and optimization
- Design the GBS target operating model (TOM) for future state processes for various functions (Finance HR Procurement IT and others)
- Manage activities such as engagement economics and receivables project resources and team utilization
- Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality brand and client expectations
- Participate in business development initiatives
- Contribute to brand development by writing articles developing thought leadership and point-of-views
- Contribute to knowledge development and management
- Demonstrate significant industry / solution expertise
- Resolve people issues
- Build a high-performance team mentoring and coaching team members
- Support people development through guidance and feedback
- Ensure compliance to the firms standards processes and policies
- Contribute to the firms initiatives in enhancing market leadership & growth quality people agenda and consulting operational excellence
- Manage senior external/internal stakeholders independently
- Contribute to people-related initiatives including recruiting retaining and training professionals
Professional Background
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in one or more of the areas listed process transformation business process diagnostics business case analysis & planning Service sourcing RFP process Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup GBS transformation or Design of SLAs process KPIs and reporting requirements
- Exposure to ERP suite like Oracle SAP and other technologies like RPA / AI / ML / workflows / Function specific tools
- Experience with process mapping and optimisation tools like Microsoft Visio IBM Celonis etc.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate
- Ability to understand client requirements and develop / customized solutions
Core skills
