What Youll Do
Job purpose:
You will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large datasets to help our organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with various departments to identify trends develop insights and support strategic initiatives.
Activities:
Collect clean and organize large datasets from various sources.
Analyze data to identify patterns trends and insights.
Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Develop and maintain dashboards for ongoing data monitoring.
Collaborate with teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and security.
Support the implementation of data strategies and best practices (Super User Oracle).
Streamline workflows and enhance efficiency to support the rapid growth of the organization.
Communicating analytical findings and insights to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Serving as a trusted advisor to numerous stakeholders across multiple business units.
Profile and skills:
Bachelors degree at a minimum (Advanced degree preferred).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
