Als Supervisor QC IPC Labo ben je lid van het supervisorenteam en draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de organisatie en leiding van het QC IPC-labo in een 3-ploegensysteem (V/L/N). Je zorgt voor veilige efficiënte en conforme uitvoering van analytische activiteiten ter ondersteuning van productie en kwaliteit van APIs en DP intermediates. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor kwalitatieve en veilige werking planning coaching van analisten en het waarborgen van cGMP-conforme processen.
Wat ga je doen
Aansturen organiseren en plannen van dagelijkse labo-activiteiten in een 3-ploegensysteem.
Definiëren en opvolgen van KPIs en dagelijkse performance in een cultuur in lijn met ons Credo.
Coachen en ontwikkelen van een high performing team van analisten; zorgen voor optimale bezetting en competentiemix. Waar nodig assisteren bij werving en onboarding van analisten.
Waarborgen van cGMP-compliance het leiden en coordineren van afwijkingen onderzoeken uitvoeren van CAPAs en andere optimalisaties.
Aanspreekpunt voor testen binnen QC zowel voor interne/externe stakeholders als tijdens inspecties.
Schakelen met QA productie en andere departementen waar nodig.
Handhaven van een continue ordelijk labo via 5S/6S principes.
Wie zoeken we
Bachelor in Chemie of gelijkaardige ervaring in farmaceutische/chemische omgeving.
Ervaring met QC-analytiek en kwaliteitssystemen; kennis van cGMP.
Hands-on leiderschap en organisatorische skills.
Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden.
Change management vaardigheden; fungeren als change agent.
Emotionele intelligentie en people-leadership kwaliteiten.
