Admissions Program Manager I-Education and Enrollment Services

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations the Admissions Manager is part of the Admissions Office management team with dedicated focus on the support of graduate certificate masters and PhD programs.
Responsibilities
Responsible for documenting and refining standard operating procedures ensuringcompliance with admission processes and implementing quality-control checks to safeguard accuracy and efficiency.
Participate in the management of application software tools (e.g. ZAP) ensure accuracy and security of data and produce regular reports to ensure data validity business processadherence etc.
Master various technology solutions to support recruitment admission and enrollmentprocesses.
Collaborate with Program Administrators to improve data capture analytics andsystem functionality and serve as a technical expert on the admission applicationplatform.
Support Program Administrators in their screening interviewing and decisionprocesses.
Manage onboarding activities for incoming students including the development and execution ona multi-channel communicationplan.
Participate in in-person recruiting events and virtual recruiting events; including but not limitedto virtual information sessions alumni panels webinars and virtual officehours.
Provide effective communication to prospective applicants through phone email andzoom.
Partner with colleagues throughout the Enrollment Services Department (Admissions Disability Services Student Financial Services and Registrar) as well as Program Administrators to ensurethe delivery of a high level of service to everystudent.
Produce reports for student service teams including but not limited to InternationalPersonnel Student Affairs Student Health Officesetc.
Participate in pre-enrollment compliance activities including but not limited to creation of toxicology and background check orders tracking of requirement completions andgenerating completionreports.
Performs other duties asassigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or greater preferred or a combination of applicable experience and education
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in recruitment admissions or student advising within a higher education setting required.
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
