Prepares measures and administers radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapeutic studies. Performs and assists with nuclear medicine studies. Is responsible for patient safety protocols. Maintains all federal state local and regulatory agency requirements. Participates in CQI activities.

Loan Repayment Assistance Program up to $20000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a .4 FTE and above working 32 hours or more per pay period. The program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20000 for a lifetime maximum.

Qualifications
Education: Graduation from approved school of Radiology Sciences with certification in nuclear medicine.
Licensure: If practicing in Arkansas a Nuclear Medicine Technologist License is required.
Experience:
Certification/Registration: NMTCB or ARRT(N) Registry or Registry eligible (Achieve registry within 2 months of eligibility)
Other: Basic computer knowledge. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science - Nuclear Medicine Technology
Preferred Experience: 1 yr experience
Preferred Other: Additional languages preferred.
