Job Summary

JobOverview:

We areseekinga skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder you willbe responsible forfabricating and assembling metal structures and products using various welding techniques. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of welding principles be proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings andpossessa keen eye for detail to ensure the quality of the finished position requires physical strength dexterity and a commitment to safety protocols.

KeyResponsibilities:

Interpret and follow technical drawings blueprints and welding symbols to ensureaccurateand precise fabrication.
Set up andoperatewelding equipment includingselecting proper welding tools gases and wire or electrode materials.
Inspectmaterialsfordefectsandensuretheymeetrequiredspecificationsbefore starting the welding process.
Cleanprepareandarrangemetalsurfacestobeweldedremovinganyimpurities or contaminants.
Conductweldteststoassessthequalityofweldsandmakenecessaryadjustments to achieveoptimalresults.
Maintainweldingequipmentbyperformingregularmaintenanceandrepairs.
Followsafetyguidelinesandwearappropriatepersonalprotectiveequipment (PPE) at all times.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow andtimelycompletion of projects.
Monitorinventoryofweldingmaterialsandreportanyshortagesorneeded supplies to the supervisor.
Adhere to company policies and procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Preferredqualifications:

CandidatemusthavesomeorallofthefollowingEducational/Technicalrequirements:

Highschooldiplomaorequivalent;technicalorvocationaltraininginWelding
ProvenexperienceasaWelderorsimilar roleinmetalfabrication.
ProficiencyinvariousweldingtechniquesincludingMIGTIG Spot Robotic
Familiaritywithreadingtechnicaldrawingsandblueprints.
Must be familiar with Machines and the use of tipsnozzlesand other machineissues.
Abilitytooperateandmaintainweldingequipmenteffectively.

Strongattentiontodetailandprecisioninworkmanship.
Physical stamina and the ability to work in various positions including standing kneeling and bending for extended periods.
