REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Associates degree in nursing
Skills: Ability to respond effectively and efficiently to critical situations involving patients personnel and visitors in a professional manner. Ability to function in a team environment and to deal effectively with a changing environment and be open to new ideas. Must demonstrate sound clinical skills and judgement.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years acute care RN experience.
License: Current Michigan RN license
Certification: BCLS upon hire ACLS PALS and TNCC all within one year of hire & required system training for de-escalation within 3 months of hire. Hemodialysis training upon orientation.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands: Must be able to see hear and move intermittently or use prosthetics that will enable you to function adequately to assure that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position and be able to handle crisis or emergency situations. Visual acuity and manual dexterity required. Frequent prolonged standing and walking. Frequent lifting positioning and transferring of patients. Possible exposure to infectious disease chemicals toxic substances and blood borne pathogens from blood and/or bodily fluids. Occasional pressures due to multiple tasks.
