Job Description
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Driver Rounds in Clarksville IN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a dynamic tech and media this driving post you will use a valid drivers license to conduct vehicle patrols complete routine rounds check doors and gates and respond to calls for assistance. You will stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents document observations and deliver courteous customer service through clear communication and teamwork with site staff.

What Youll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a tech media and/or telecom location.
- Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate updates to site leadership and/or emergency services as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of offices production areas parking areas and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregular conditions.
- Monitor access control points visitor check-in procedures and security-related systems such as cameras and alarm panels and report issues per post orders.
- Document patrols incidents and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs and escalate maintenance hazards and/or policy concerns through the proper channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
