About the role:

In a highly competitive and saturatedmarket placecreating visually stunningimpactfuland effective creative work is essential. We want to create industry-leading world class workthatstruly beautiful smart and effective.

You will be providing artwork and design services. You will take artwork briefs from the studio team and therefore the role demands a consistent andaccurateapproach to layout and design to fulfil the brief within agreed timescales. Taking personal responsibility for liaison onallocatedjobs time management and the completion of timesheets are all important requirements. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills are essential especially InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop. You will have high level skills in both print and digital artwork and understand colour separation working with knife-lines and image resolution and colour. You will have a strong portfolio to show experience on top tier global brands.


What you will be doing:

  • Create artwork tostakeholdersbriefs and execute with a high attention to detail.
  • Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues and provide excellent communication to streamline artwork processes.
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales.
  • Proactivelymonitorartwork qualityaccuracyand consistency
  • Look for ways to develop new processes within the brandguildelinesand production timelines
  • Take responsibility for continued professional development
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the creative

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines
  • Experience in management of artwork collateral
  • Excellent communicationteamworkand time management skills
  • Accurate and consistent completion of timesheets
  • You must be confident with presenting your work to internalstakeholers.
  • High levelof takinginterpretingand delivering design briefs within tighttimeframes.
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite principally InDesign Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • HTML e-mailsbannersand digital experience is an advantage
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI andnew technologies
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
