Job Title: Sales Project Manager
Location: Garland TX
Reports to: Director of Residential Sales


Job Overview
:
Ram Jack is searching for an exceptional Sales Professional in the Garland TX area to join our team. We are seeking serious-minded professionals who are looking to put their exceptional sales skills to work and build long-lasting relationships. We provide our team members with a wide range of support including all necessary training equipment and appointments.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential customers.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide solutions tailored to their projects.

Market Research: Monitor market trends competitor activity and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and stay informed on key customer needs.

Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings including construction materials such as concrete steel aggregates and more to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.

Sales: Prepare sales presentations proposals and quotes and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business.

Collaboration: Work closely with the operation and production teams to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer deliveries.

Reporting: Track and report sales activities customer feedback and progress toward sales goals.

Travel: Up to 20% travel.


Qualifications
:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience preferably selling directly to homeowners.
  • A working knowledge of slab and pier-and-beam foundations is ideal; however Ram Jack will provide comprehensive training.
  • Demonstrated track record of sales success with experience earning an above-average income in a 100% commission-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to learn and grow in sales.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Must possess a clean driving record and be willing to submit to a background check.
