This summer we are looking for more than receptionists. We are looking for a service champion. The receptionist at Amerikalinjen means being the spider in the web. You will handle everything from administrative tasks and technical issues to guest requests and emergenciesall while guests are waiting to check in and the guest journey starts before the guests book a room with us. We empower you to own the floor. You wont just be following a script; you will be applying a problem-solving mindset and decision making skills to ensure every guest experience is seamless eclectic and unforgettable.

The Essentials

Communication: Strong English (written/spoken) is required; a Scandinavian language is a distinct advantage.
Technical Edge: Experience with the Mews system is a major plus.
Commitment: Available from May to August/September (rotating shifts: weekend morning evening and night as required).
