As a Continuous Improvement Manager in Global Procurements Process Governance & Transformation organization you drive the optimization of SourcetoPay (S2P) processes and procurement tools. You define and deploy global standards lead improvement initiatives and act as a subjectmatter expert for transformation and change. Your work strengthens operational excellence and ensures sustainable adoption across the organization. Working location: Barcelona or Wroclaw (hybrid)
Your responsibilities:
Lead the identification prioritization and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across the S2P process and procurement tool landscape
Analyze endtoend workflows identify inefficiencies and derive databased improvement actions
Drive crossfunctional collaboration and lead teams in executing improvement projects
Define maintain and deploy global S2P process and system standards ensuring documentation and training materials are up to date
Act as process steward for business as usual operations and ensure adherence to global standards across entities (focus: Europe)
Serve as system expert for procurement tools ensuring standardized compliant and harmonized usage
Promote continuousimprovement culture by enabling best practices structured methodologies and capability building
Support transformation and change initiatives as a process Subject Matter Expert including fitgap analysis testing preparation and process readiness
Act as SAP data responsible for Global Procurement including SAP user creation role assignment and riskmitigation tasks
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
Min. 2 years of experience in operational procurement or business process management ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong expertise with SAP MM and procurementrelated ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA)
Initial experience with process improvement or transformation projects; crossfunctional project leadership is beneficial
Solid understanding of the endtoend S2P process and familiarity with SRM tools (SAP Ariba is a plus)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with experience interpreting process KPIs; processmining knowledge preferred
Basic skills in process modeling documentation and changemanagement methods
Strong communication stakeholdermanagement organizational and projectmanagement skills
Fluent English high IT affinity structured working style and willingness to travel within Europe (10%)
