Job Summary
Your mission
Logistics
- Receiving shipments and handling internal distribution
- Conducting Incoming Quality Checks
- Updating and ensuring stock accuracy in ERP software
- Organizing and overseeing production flow and stock management
- Preparing shipments tracking deliveries and resolving any import/export issues
- Archiving Export Declarations (DTE)
- Developing projects such as article scanning and Express carrier integration in ERP
- Carrying out daily company purchases
- Regularly replenishing stock through purchases
- Ensuring minimum stock levels are maintained
- Optimizing inventory and selecting the best suppliers
Your profile
- At least 3 years of education or training in logistics and purchasing
- Previous experience in logistics and purchasing roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible rigorous and able to work independently
- Fluent in either English or French (native level preferred)
- Minimum B2 level in English
