About the role:
As a Quality Technician you will join our Global Quality & Regulatory team and play a key role in maintaining high-quality standards across logisticsproduction repairs and rental operations. You will focus on three main areas: quality control quality investigations and continuous improvement. You will help ensure that our medical devices are compliant with regulatory requirements and Tobii Dynavox standards and delivered safe through hands-on quality control problemsolving and continuous improvement activities.
This is a handson role where you will work analytically and practically questioning how things function verifying usability identifying issues and ensuring they are corrected and prevented from recurring.
Please note: This is a fulltime and onsite role based at our Stockholm office in Östermalm.
In this role you will:
Perform daily quality control activities (i.e. Incoming Quality Control (IQC) and inprocess inspections) and oversee equipment calibration schedules to ensure tools meet regulatory and calibration standards.
Investigate and resolve nonconformances and deviations through CAPA rootcause analysis and effectiveness checks and ensure ESD compliance through procedures measurements and proper handling of sensitive components.
Analyse logistics production and service data to identify trends and drive quality improvements and conduct risk assessments and pFMEAs to mitigate quality and operational risks.
Develop update and implement SOPs inspection protocols and work instructions and deliver training to logistics production and repair teams on quality procedures.
Support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) through data collection and protocol development and assist with internal audits audit readiness and compliance with ISO 13485 and MDR.
Participate in process change control and support cross-functional quality projects while contributing to Lean and Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for an organized adaptable and solutionoriented professional with strong attention to detail and a clear focus on quality compliance and continuous improvement. You learn quickly take ownership from issue detection through resolution and communicate clearly when working cross-functionally. You are comfortable working with both hardware and software and you bring a confident approachable and collaborative style when interacting with others. You do not need to be a seniorlevel engineer; what matters is your ability to troubleshoot think logically follow structured processes.
Ideal candidates will bring:
Bachelors degree in engineering Life Sciences or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in quality-related roles within a regulated environment preferably in medical devices or electronics industries.
Experience with inspection tools electronic test equipment and calibration processes.
Understanding of nonconformance handling (i.e. investigations rootcause analysis CAPA documentation).
Experience with ERP (e.g. Dynamics 365) and QMS systems is a plus.
Experience or knowledge of ISO 13485 MDR and ISO 14971 is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and communication skills as well as fluency in English both written and spoken to proactively collaborate cross-functionally and with both internal external stakeholders.
