- Process all requests for referral authorizations for a health plan.
- Research and resolve issues related to referral claims or requests for payment.
- Utilize working knowledge of medical terminology and CPT codes.
- Apply strong typing skills and proficiency with computers.
- Work onsite in a fast-paced environment.
- Requires at least 2 years of experience in a hospital physician office or managed care organization.
