Job Summary
Job Summary (ONSITE)
- Review and process all requests for referral authorizations.
- Research and resolve issues related to referral claims or payment requests.
- Utilize medical terminology and CPT code knowledge for accurate processing.
- Operate computers and perform data entry with proficient typing skills.
- Communicate and coordinate with hospitals physician offices and managed care organizations.
- Apply at least 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital physician office or managed care setting.
- Work onsite and submit proof of education (High School Diploma or equivalent required).
