Global Social Media sits at the heart of how The LEGO Group shows up in culture. We shape how millions of fans experience the brand every day from global campaigns to real-time community moments across one of the worlds most loved brands.
We set the global social direction and partner closely with markets to bring it to life locally. The team is accountable for channel growth audience engagement and brand health across key platforms ensuring everything reflects the creativity and playfulness the LEGO brand is known for.
The purpose of this role is to lead social impact in-market growing reach and engagement acting as a key link between local marketing teams and Global Social Media and helping connect the brand to culture build meaningful communities and create lasting brand love.
