You will act as a high-agency apprentice to Co-CEO Will Monange at a platform generating $100M ARR. This isnt an admin role; its a front-row seat to scaling a 115-person tech company. You will drive independent projects build operational systems and handle executive-level decision-making processes during a period of hyper-growth.

What you will do:

Execute independent operational projects and build internal systems that enable the company to scale efficiently across its 115-person global team.

Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the founder professionally ensuring consistent follow-up and clarity on key business initiatives.
