Project Manager PMC
Your mission
Within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) assignment the Project Manager acts as the clients representative for the delivery of Data Center (DC) projects. The role is responsible for the overall coordination planning and control of the project ensuring that scope cost schedule quality and HSE objectives are met in accordance with contractual requirements and Data Center standards.
The Project Manager leads multidisciplinary teams and interfaces with designers contractors vendors and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle from early design through construction commissioning and handover.

Your key responsibilities
Project Leadership & Client Representation
Act as the single point of contact for the client within the PMC scope
Represent the clients interests toward EPC contractors designers and suppliers
Ensure alignment with client standards DC specifications and performance requirements
Scope Schedule & Cost Management
Define and manage project scope interfaces and deliverables
Develop monitor and control the master project schedule
Monitor project budgets forecasts and cash flow in coordination with QS and commercial teams
Identify risks opportunities and mitigation measures
Design & Engineering Coordination
Ensure constructability phasing and DC operational constraints are addressed
Manage design reviews technical approvals and change control
Construction & Site Management Oversight
Monitor construction progress quality and compliance with DC standards
Coordinate site activities across multiple contractors and work packages
Ensure HSE policies are implemented and enforced on site
Support issue resolution decision-making and interface management
Data CenterSpecific Responsibilities
Manage DC-specific constraints such as fast-track and phased delivery
Coordinate readiness for commissioning testing and energization
Commissioning Handover & Close-Out
Oversee commissioning and integrated testing activities
Ensure completion of punch lists and readiness for client handover
Manage documentation as-built records and final acceptance
Reporting & Governance
Prepare and present regular project status reports to the client
Lead project meetings steering committees and coordination sessions
Ensure compliance with contractual regulatory and governance requirements
Who you are
Education
Masters degree in Engineering Construction Management or equivalent
Experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager in a PMC / Owners Engineer role
Strong experience in Data Center projects is a plus
Experience managing large-scale fast-track multidisciplinary projects
Skills & Competencies
English proficiency is mandatory
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of DC construction methods and standards is a plus
Solid understanding of contracts
Strong planning risk management and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication and reporting skills
