Job Summary
Location:
Siena Lakes by Erickson Senior LivingSiena Lakesis hiring a Server to work our catered events (private community events & meetings) and to provide additional support to restaurants across campus. This position is responsible for serving alcoholic non-alcoholic beverages and food to residents and guests while providing service that aligns with the Erickson Senior Living Mission Vision and Values. This will be a flex role on an as needed basis with events typically run 2 to 4 hours in length with additional time for setup & breakdown.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $14/hr
How you will make an impact
- Develop expertise in menu items daily specials and preparation methods to become a subject matter expert
- Enhance resident and guest engagement by sharing daily menu highlights and suggesting recommendations that are tailored to their preferences
- Record food and beverage orders with precision and accuracy
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently
What you will need
- Meet the states age requirement for serving alcohol
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
