SUMMARY:
TheRegional Pharmacy Account Manager (AM)will provide organizational administrative and follow upsupport to the HUB Pharmacy Practice. TheAMis primarily responsible for activities related to supporting the sales process implementationrenewaland ongoing management of clients and prospects as well as other HUB Pharmacy projects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the HUB Pharmacy Practice to manage track and update key activity metrics.
- Helpprepare forfinalist presentations and work with marketing to develop presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proactivelytrack follow-up and ad-hoc items related to HUB Pharmacy deliverables.
- Responsible for managing projects workload and initiatives asdeterminedby the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
- Participates in efforts to support standardization and to design and implement product and operational enhancements.
- Establish productive and professional relationships withclients prospects internal customers andmembers of the HUB Pharmacy Practice.
- Communicates tactical up-to-date pharmacy business initiatives and solutions in a way that allows clients(under 1000 lives)to understand the impactstotheir strategy and theiremployees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years experienceminimumofrelevant work experience(PBM consulting firmheathcare or pharmacy preferred).
- Advancedknowledge of both current and emerging client-focused pharmacy solutions
- Four-year college degree from an accreditedinstitutionpreferred or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently accuratelyand with a sense of urgency.
- Ability tomanage deadlines in a remote work from homecross-functional environment prioritize and multi-task.
- Advanced MS Office Suite user (e.g.Excel PowerPoint Word etc.).
- Excellent grammar punctuation organizational interpersonal communicationandpresentativeskills andtheability/desireto work in a team environment.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
