Certified Nursing Assistant CNA

On an Average Day You Will:

(includes but not limited to)

Assist patients with activities of daily living
Support personal care including bathing grooming and dressing
Assist with mobility and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report changes in condition to the clinical team
Document care provided according to company standards

What Youll Bring to The Team:

Active CNA license in the state of Indiana
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dedication to quality patient care
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes
Ability to lift push pull and move up to 50 pounds
