What Youll Be Doing:
Teach high school health services courses focused on CNA track curriculum
Develop and implement lesson plans for daily and long-term instruction
Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and learning styles
Assess and evaluate student performance behavior and progress
Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents and staff
Support extracurricular activities and foster a positive classroom environment
Who Were Looking For:
A registered nurse who is a graduate of an accredited school with a current state license required.
A current Nebraska Teaching Certificate (or the ability to obtain one per Rule 21) with an endorsement in Health Education Health and Physical Education or Family and Consumer Sciences required.
Minimum of five years nursing experience required.
Properly endorsed and certified required.
Physical & Safety Requirements:
Ability to actively engage in a classroom setting and support student needs
Must complete required safety and restraint training
