Test Engineer
Your Responsibilities
- Development of complex testing technology and strategies (hardware/software) for optical sensors in accordance with the specification of the development order and in consultation with the project manager PLT
- Planning and adherence to deadlines costs and quality in the project tasks processed
- Collaboration in project teams in the sense of simultaneous engineering between product and equipment development
- Collaboration in optimizing the product specification with regard to the requirements of measurement/testing technology
- Creation of test specifications
- Creation of requirement specifications for the external assignment of test equipment production
- Test equipment analyses and approvals and provision of the determined test data to the development department
- Handover of test equipment/systems to production and training of production staff
- Collaboration on FMEA creation of the process validation plan and pilot series releases
- Creating project schedules in coordination with project manager PLT and other specialist departments
- Advising the industrial engineer on the creation of the production concept with regard to the requirements of test engineering (incl. occupational safety economic efficiency binding standards etc.)
- Timely involvement of the target TPUs in test equipment modification and documentation to take account of local conditions and requirements
- Training of employees of the target TPUs
- Support at service level 1 for problems with test systems in production operations
- Adaptation of existing measuring/testing/calibration equipment to changed testing requirements (e.g. when changing the product specification) and with the aim of reducing manufacturing costs
- Creating test equipment documentation (test instructions parts lists maintenance plan etc.) for the test systems provided on the basis of the applicable PF documentation standards
Your Profile
- Degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics engineering with relevant experience in electronics and electrical engineering or with a secondary-level qualification in electrical engineering and relevant experience
- Several years of specialist professional experience in the development and commissioning of complex measurement/testing technology and optical calibration systems Good knowledge of electrical measurement technology
- Good knowledge of C/C# programming languages
- Good knowledge of statistical process control and test equipment approval
- Tasks are processed according to general guidelines with a wide scope of action
- Intermediate level of English
- Native level Hungarian language skills
- MS Office skills
