Job Description:

Apoiar a gestão e organização da caixa genérica de e-mail de Farmacovigilância;
Apoiar as reconciliações com as áreas internas de interface e prestadores de serviçosexternos;
Apoiar as atividades administrativas da área;
Interface com a área global de Farmacovigilância (Global Patient Safety) para endereçarvalidar e solicitar o suporte às atividades da afiliada;
Apoiar auditorias e inspeções de farmacovigilância colaborando na organização dedocumentos e evidências;
Contribuir para o controle de qualidade do banco de dados de Farmacovigilância garantindoa consistência e integridade das informações;
Auxiliar na revisão de Procedimentos Operacionais Padrão (POPs) instruções de trabalho edemais documentos da área;
Apoiar a implementação de ações de melhoria contínua nos processos de segurança;
Interagir com áreas internas (Qualidade Assuntos Regulatórios SAC Jurídico entre outras)quando necessário;
Suportar a gestão de desvios de qualidade relacionados à Farmacovigilância;
Ajudar no controle de registros e evidências de treinamentos garantindo a rastreabilidade econformidade com requisitos regulatórios e internos da Ipsen.

REQUISITOS

Cursando superior em farmácia no período noturno com formação prevista a partir de janeiro de 2028
Inglês intermediário escrito e verbal
