Senior QA Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer reporting to Director - Quality Assurance youll play a critical role in ensuring the quality reliability and performance of our trading platform. Youll contribute directly to successful customer onboarding by validating system integrations executing non-functional and performance testing and driving continuous improvement across our QA practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate complex technical scenarios across distributed trading systems assess risks and make informed decisions that balance delivery speed product quality and compliance expectations.

• Design develop and maintain highquality automation test tooling and frameworks using modern programming languages contributing directly to the technical foundation of onboarding and system validation.

• Work handson with Linuxbased environments including shell scripting networking fundamentals system performance analysis and troubleshooting across hardware containerized and serverside components.

• Plan execute and continuously improve nonfunctional testingincluding performance scalability stability and failoverwhile maintaining robust and scalable automation integrated into CI/CD pipelines and tools such as qTest Jira and AWS.

• Collaborate and influence crossfunctional teams to drive largescale quality initiatives champion best practices and strengthen engineering excellence across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Proficiency in programming and Linux environments including shell scripting troubleshooting and working with version control systems such as Git.

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals system design infrastructure components and handson experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) Kubernetes and Helm.

• Experience with functional and nonfunctional testing methodologies.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills supported by a degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or related field) and a strong curiosity for financial technology and the trading domain.

This position will be located in Stockholm and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office subject to change providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
