Overview of the role:

The Head of Client Growth will lead and inspire a high-performing team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers across the Americas region. This role is pivotal in driving long-term client partnerships sustainable revenue growth and excellence in delivery within InMobis performance business.

You will act as the strategic steward of client relationships - ensuring that our largest advertisers see InMobi as their trusted growth partner. Youll bring together deep programmatic expertise commercial acumen and cross-functional collaboration to expand business from existing clients strengthen retention and unlock incremental revenue opportunities.

The impact youll make:

  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead coach and develop a team of Lead and Senior Client Growth Managers to deliver quarterly revenue and margin goals.
    • Build a high-performing data-driven culture focused on accountability learning and proactive client management.
    • Identify and groom future leaders within the Client Growth organization.
  • Client Strategy & Relationship Management
    • Serve as executive sponsor for key strategic accounts building trusted senior-level relationships across marketing product and data teams at client organizations.
    • Oversee annual and quarterly business planning across key accounts ensuring account strategies are aligned with advertiser objectives and regional business priorities.
    • Partner with Sales leadership to identify prioritize and execute account expansion strategies (upsell/cross-sell initiatives).
  • Revenue & Business Performance
    • Own overall client growth revenue targets for the region and drive predictable quarterly performance through disciplined pipeline and retention management.
    • Analyze account performance and trends to identify opportunities for optimization upselling or efficiency improvements.
    • Ensure robust account forecasting revenue hygiene and margin control processes are in place.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Trading Product and Data Science teams to deliver measurable performance improvements and innovation for clients.
    • Partner with Marketing and Enablement teams to institutionalize client success stories best practices and scalable playbooks.
    • Represent the Client Growth function in leadership discussions ensuring voice of customer is reflected in product and strategic decisions.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish scalable processes tools and frameworks for client management excellence - from onboarding to QBRs to renewal cycles.
    • Drive operational rigor across reporting forecasting and business review cadences.
    • Contribute to global frameworks for Client Growth governance and talent development.

The experience we need:

  • 1012 years of experience in client-facing roles within performance marketing programmatic advertising or growth marketing with at least 45 years in people leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in revenue growth client retention and team leadership within a high-velocity advertising or media environment.
  • Deep understanding of DSPs MMPs and measurement ecosystems (e.g. SKAN attribution viewability).
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach - able to translate complex performance insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills comfortable working with executive clients and internal CXO stakeholders.
  • Experience working across global matrixed teams and time zones.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent business education preferred.

Our compensation philosophy enables us to provide a competitive salary that drives high performance while balancing business needs and pay parity. Wedeterminecompensation based on a wide variety of factors including role nature of experienceskills and location.

The base salary (fixed) pay range for this role would range from $152000 USD and $206500 USD(min to max of base salary pay range).This salary rangeisapplicable for our officeslocatedin California and New York*. In addition an InMobian may also receive variable pay in the form of an annual variable bonus or quarterly variable bonus/sales incentive as deemed per policy in addition to fixed compensation.

*Our ranges may vary based on thefinal locationorregionof theroles in accordancewiththe geographical differentiation in pay scales in the country.
