Responsibilities
The Surgical and Procedural (S&P) Services - Clinical Nurse (CN) delivers patient care within the surgical and procedural areas through assessment planning implementation and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standard while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research based on the Title 22 and Title 16 the ANA Scope & Standards of Practice the Code of Ethics.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS - Current Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required upon entry or transfer into job required
